Do all patients, on service with Sciensus, have access to the app?
Our app is accessible to patients of all ages. However, certain services supported by Sciensus may not be available through the app due to special arrangements required for certain medications. You can determine your eligibility by downloading the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Simply click on ‘create my account’ and provide your Date of Birth and Postcode. The app will confirm the successful creation of your account or inform you if eligibility is pending. Rest assured, if you’re not yet eligible, we’ll contact you as soon as these services become available to you.
