I forgot my username, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your username, please follow the steps below: 

  1. On the login screen, tap ‘Forgot username?’
  2. Enter your email address that is linked to your Sciensus account
  3. Enter your DOB
  4. Tap ‘Send verification code’
  5. Check your email inbox for a verification code. If a verification code hasn’t been received, tap ‘Resend verification code’ on the app.
  6. In the app, input your verification code
  7. Tap ‘Verify code’
  8. Tap ‘Next’ to navigate to the login screen
  9. Enter username and password 
  10. Tap ‘Login’
