We are parents/guardians with shared parental responsibility for our child who is under 16, why can only one of us have access to our child’s account in the app?
At present, only one parent/guardian can manage the account for the child. However, we are actively reviewing this feature to enable one or more persons to manage the account.
As part of our ongoing enhancements, we are considering allowing more than one person to manage a child’s account in the future.
