My delivery failed, what do I do?
If we can’t make your delivery for any reason, we will let you know by text that the delivery has failed. The track and trace tile on our app will also become unavailable and a ‘failed delivery’ tile will appear within the app. A member of our team will be in contact with you to reschedule your delivery.
