Our Delivery Tracker makes it really easy to stay up to date with your deliveries. To get started, just type in your order number in the box below and click the search button. You’ll find your order number on the order confirmation delivery email or text we have sent to you.
To receive delivery confirmation emails we need an up to date email address. Contact us to add or update your email address on your Sciensus account.
Your estimated time of arrival (ETA) should be available from around 7:30pm on the day before your scheduled delivery.
Please note, an ETA is only available for deliveries being made by our drivers – not for Royal Mail or special deliveries from other couriers.
You can join our free text reminder service, which sends delivery reminders to your mobile phone, at any time. If you didn’t request this during your welcome call, our Patient Services Team can set it up for you anytime.
The day before your delivery, you’ll receive an SMS text message to the mobile phone number you gave us. On the day of your delivery, you will receive further SMS text messages when a driver is nearby.
