Our delivery service

 We make over 90,000  medicine deliveries a month, giving our patients a more convenient way to get the life-changing treatments they need. We’re ready to do the same for you.

Our Delivery Tracker makes it really easy to stay up to date with your treatment and deliveries. To get started, just type in your Sciensus account number – you’ll find it on most of the letters and delivery notes we send you.

Advance Notice: Due to essential IT maintenance, our delivery tracker facility will be unavailable for use on Saturday 07th May from 16:00. The service will resume, as normal, at 00:00 Sunday 08th May. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your ETA

Your estimated time of arrival (ETA) should be available from around 7 pm on the day before your scheduled delivery.

Please note, an ETA is only available for deliveries being made by our drivers – not for Royal Mail or special deliveries from other couriers.

Text reminder service

You join our free text reminder service, which sends delivery reminders to your mobile phone. If you have not already requested this during your welcome call, our Patient Services Team can set it up for you anytime.

The day before your delivery, you’ll receive an SMS text message to the mobile phone number you gave us. On the day of your delivery, you will receive further SMS text messages when a driver is nearby.
