How can I amend my delivery?
Use the Sciensus Intouch app to amend details of your confirmed delivery. To make a change to your delivery date select ‘Confirmed Delivery’ and amend your order to a date that suits you. You can also change your delivery address and ancillaries if you need to. Please note, changes to your scheduled delivery can only be made at least 36 hours prior to the confirmed date.
