Can I eat, drink, and relax during treatment?
Staying hydrated and eating a well-balanced diet is an important part of keeping you well during treatment. Sometimes your treatment visit may run into meal times.
It may be an idea to think ahead for food which could be eaten easily during your treatment. If your treatment is of a long duration, you may want to rest. You may want to talk or read a book. Your clinician is there to observe you during your treatment and to ensure you remain safe, therefore they will be with you the whole time, except when
using the bathroom.
