Can I request an evening or weekend delivery using the app?
No, we currently do not allow patients to request a specific delivery time slot, but you may be able to confirm which days are your preferred day of the week for receiving a delivery. We support over 240,000 patients across the UK which means that our drivers may not be in your area every day.
By using the Sciensus Intouch app, you will have the option to select your preferred delivery date and you will also be able to track your delivery using the real-time map.
You will receive a notification with a 4-hour delivery window 48 hours before your scheduled delivery, and a 2-hour delivery window 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
To ensure you are available to receive your delivery, to prevent any disruption to your treatment and reduce wastage of vital medication, please ensure you choose a date where you can be sure yourself or your nominated person will be in to receive your medication.
