Katie Duncalf is Director of Innovation & Market Strategy at Sciensus, where she leads the innovation function at the intersection of technology, data and commercial services. She is responsible for co-designing and delivering patient-centred data, AI, technology and digital services in partnership with healthcare ecosystem stakeholders, including pharmaceutical and biotech companies, clinicians, payers and healthcare providers.
Katie’s work supports Sciensus’ mission as a trusted operational partner to biopharma companies, developing modular, scalable solutions that drive high patient engagement while enabling meaningful real-world evidence generation. She works closely with partners from early opportunity identification through to commercialisation, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value while remaining aligned to both patient needs and evolving market requirements, supporting the delivery of the right medicine to the right patient, faster.
Throughout her career, Katie has led the development and commercialisation of innovative digital health and patient support solutions across oncology, rare disease and chronic care. Her expertise spans the full product lifecycle, designing services that help partners optimise therapy launches, enhance patient support and inform market access and commercial strategy through actionable real-world data.
