• Sciensus Apotheke AG procures medicines via Sciensus Wholesale AG and ensures GDP-compliant delivery.
• Our highly qualified Sciensus nursing staff administer the medicines to the patients at home in accordance with the doctors’ instructions.

Our services

• We carry out infusion therapies in your home or at another location of your choice (e.g. doctor’s surgery, workplace, etc.).
• We train you individually to administer the medication yourself.
• We supply you with all the medication and aids you need through the Sciensus pharmacy.
• We provide you with specialised nursing staff who will look after you personally and support you in the event of medication intolerances.
• We offer you a free service line for questions and everyday problems.
• We support you with organisational and administrative processes relating to your treatment (e.g. insurance issues).
• We also look after you during off-peak hours and at weekends and start your therapy at the agreed time.

For healthcare professionals

Our specialised nursing staff carry out your therapy instructions in home therapy with patients. They administer medication or instruct patients in correct self-administration.

• We are your experienced partner for the purchase, storage and distribution of sensitive pharmaceuticals.
• We guarantee GDP-compliant storage at 15°C – 25°C and 2°C – 8°C, as required by law and by our customers.
• We monitor and record the storage temperatures constantly and seamlessly.
• We work with a wide range of GDP-compliant and qualified shipping boxes.
• We offer our customers customised solutions for the GDP-compliant shipping and distribution of medicines and work with them to develop the most suitable solutions to meet their specific requirements and specifications.
• Import of unauthorised medicinal products for use in individual cases
  We support you in importing ready-to-use medicinal products that are not authorised in Switzerland in accordance with the Therapeutic Products Act (Art. 20 para. 2 and 2 bis of the Therapeutic Products Act TPA; SR 812.21). Such medicinal products must already be authorised in another country with comparable medicinal product control. In addition, a prescription and a cost authorisation from the health insurance fund must be available. Under these conditions, we can supply affected patients or service providers (hospitals, doctors, pharmacies).
