Use of Artificial Intelligence

As part of the recruitment process we may use a form of low-level artificial Intelligence to help undertake assessments for candidates applying for technology-related roles. Please note that this is solely used to support the selection process and shall not be making any automated decisions using your data. The results from the assessment will still be assessed by an individual to make a final decision.

When AI technologies are deployed within Sciensus we ensure we are utilising it ethically. We complete rigorous assessments to ensure it is fair, transparent, accountable, and that privacy and security is at the centre of these technologies.
