Medication Supply – Change of delivery frequency
We have been advised by the manufacturer of your medication of a temporary low stock issue. To ensure we can maintain a continuous supply of medication to all patients whilst the matter is resolved, the manufacturer has requested that we change the delivery cycle for your medication to a 4-week cycle for a short period until the issue is resolved.
Moving to a 4-week cycle will mean that you will see less stock in your delivery and receive more frequent deliveries during this period. Please make sure you continue to administer your medication as prescribed.
Please note that relevant teams in the NHS have been informed and Sciensus will process this change automatically. There is no requirement for you to do anything and all deliveries will be confirmed with you before they are sent.
