Sciensus leadership update

Christian Tucat has, with immediate effect, stepped down as CEO and Board Member of Sciensus Pharma Services Limited and as a Board Member of Halcyon Topco Limited.

The Board has appointed Gordon Cox as Interim CEO, effective immediately, until a permanent successor is appointed. Gordon has served as Chief Operating Officer of Sciensus since 2021 and brings strong operational leadership and continuity to the role.

Gordon will work closely with the Board to ensure a smooth and effective transition to new leadership. An announcement regarding the permanent CEO will be made in due course.

This change does not affect our ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of service and support-to our patients, customers, and partners.
