Virtual agent and Live chat

A virtual patient agent is now available, which answers the most common questions about your Sciensus service.

Live Chat is currently unavailable but will be returning shortly via our Sciensus Intouch App.  Please note these are free services and we will never charge you for using these.

We value your feedback as it allows us to improve the Sciensus experience.  It’s important to know when we are getting things right, so if you have a comment, compliment, or suggestion, or would like to learn more about our services, you can let our Patient Services Team know. 

However, we understand that we do not always get things right.  If you feel we have not provided the level of service you would expect, then our door is always open, and we would like to hear from you.
