Our annual satisfaction survey is now open until April 25, so please don’t delay as your feedback is important.  The survey is the opportunity for patients, parents, or carers to tell us how we’re doing. Invites have now been sent by email and SMS from Iqvia, an independent organisation.  To find out more click here

Make a difference you can be proud of

We’re an ambitious team with a clear vision for the future: to be the global leader in helping each and every patient make the most of their medicine. Patients’ needs drive everything we do and, in partnership with the NHS, private health and pharmaceutical partners, we’ve been bringing them exceptional clinical care, where they’re most comfortable, for 30 years.

Today, we’re building on our experience, investing in our future and growing our team, so we can give patients even more powerful, personalised support. We’re always looking for exceptional new clinical, digital, managerial, logistics and customer support talent. So, if you’d like a rewarding career, real growth opportunities and the chance to make a genuine difference to thousands of lives, we’d love you to be part of our journey.

A culture led by our values

We know what we stand for, and that gives us a set of values which drive everything we do here – and inspire us to achieve even more.

We are passionate about every patient’s health.

Patient needs and challenges are at our heart. We provide knowledge, choice and exceptional care to help every patient take control of their unique health journey.

We are ambitious to be the best.

We work hard to listen, learn, adapt and innovate at pace. We hold ourselves accountable and continually improve so we can deliver the best experience for patients, customers and colleagues.

Together we win.

We value our differences and respect each other. We build strong, trusted relationships and together we achieve more.

Exceptional career development

Here at Sciensus, we build positive relationships with each other, our healthcare partners and the patients we serve, respecting our differences and working hard to make sure everyone’s engaged, motivated, developed, rewarded and recognised.

We support, encourage and continually develop our teams, offering powerful, flexible training programmes at our headquarters, at locations across Europe, and remotely wherever our people are. These include professional, leadership, self development and apprenticeship programmes, as well as digital development, continuous improvement and clinical and role-based skills training.

UK funded apprenticeships

Sciensus is proud to be an apprenticeship levy contributor, which means whether you’re aiming for a career in IT, finance, customer service, HR or any of our functions, we offer plenty of opportunities to gain respected qualifications and experience.

Accredited qualifications

We believe continuous development is vital to enjoying your job – and being good at it. So, if you need a mandatory qualification for your role, we’ll support you in achieving it. And if you’re working towards a new role with us, we’ll help you train for that too.

In fact, we’ve developed our very own systemic anti-cancer treatment (SACT) programme in partnership with Birmingham City University, giving clinical colleagues the opportunity to train to degree or master’s level.

Your personal development plan

When you join us, you’ll put together a personal development plan with your line manager, focusing on the development you need to thrive in your current role and progress beyond it. They’ll help you establish goals and support you as you work towards them.

A warm welcome and a bright future

We know starting a new job can be daunting as well as exciting, so we want you to get off to the best possible start in your Sciensus career. You’ll begin your journey with a company induction, before a more detailed induction into your specific team.

Alongside your manager, we’ll make sure you’ve got an accredited mentor, who’ll support you as you settle in and be with you throughout your probation period.
