Your tasks
- Administering medication to patients with rare diseases of all ages in their homes and who live in your region
- Instructing patients or their relatives in the self-administration of medication
- Independent organisation of your assignments and paperless administration using modern communication tools
- Participation in regional team meetings and further training events
What you bring with you
- Nursing specialist HF with several years of experience in acute care, emergency, anaesthesia or intensive care is a plus
- Confidence in placing peripheral intravenous catheters and experience in administering infusion therapies
- High quality awareness, ability to work independently, flexibility and organisational flair
- Sociability and an empathetic and appreciative approach
- Fluency in German, knowledge of French is a plus depending on the region
- Category B driving licence and enjoy driving
- IT affinity and interest in modern means of communication

Customer Service Manager 100% and 60%
In this varied and responsible position, you will independently take on organisational and administrative tasks in the area of defined therapy areas – in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners.
Your tasks
- Administrative support for our customers in the area of home therapy including coordination of delivery dates in German, French, ideally Italian and English
- Obtaining prescriptions and Spitex orders from doctors
- Applying for and following up on cost approvals with insurance partners
- Processing orders and invoicing
- Sending medical reports to doctors
- Acceptance and administrative support for new customers, including scheduling of nursing staff and coordination of deliveries
- Organising the required materials for the nursing staff
- Keeping and analysing statistics
- General administrative activities
What you bring with you
- Commercial or paramedical training
- Several years of professional experience in customer service in the healthcare, service or Spitex sector
- Fluent communication in German and good knowledge of French, Italian and English are a plus
- Strong IT affinity and sound knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Communicative, reliable and determined personality who enjoys customer contact
