Your tasks

• Administering medication to patients with rare diseases of all ages in their homes and who live in your region
• Instructing patients or their relatives in the self-administration of medications
• Independent organisation of your assignments and paperless administration using modern communication tools
• Participation in regional team meetings and further training events

Your profile

• Qualified nurse HF with several years of experience in acute care; experience in emergency care, anaesthesia or intensive care is a plus
• Confidence in placing peripheral intravenous catheters and experience in administering infusion therapies
• High quality awareness, ability to work independently, flexibility and organisational flair
• Sociability and an empathetic and appreciative approach
• Fluency in German, knowledge of French is a plus depending on the region
• Category B driving licence and enjoy driving
• IT affinity and interest in modern means of communication
