Jackie Reeves, Human Resources Director, Sciensus, leads the people strategy that enables the company to attract, develop and retain the talent required to deliver integrated commercial services across Europe’s complex healthcare landscape. She oversees all aspects of the people function, including talent acquisition, leadership development, organisational design, diversity equity and inclusion, colleague engagement and workforce planning.

With over 40 years of HR leadership across regulated industries, she brings deep expertise in organisational transformation, talent management and building high-performing cultures that drive business results.
Jackie joined Sciensus (then Healthcare at Home) in 2013 and has been instrumental in building HR infrastructure that has scaled with the business through significant transformation and growth. Prior to this, she held senior HR leadership positions at HomeServe, where she led HR operations and technology strategy; RAC, where she managed large-scale operational change programmes; National Trust; and Aviva. Her career spans critical HR disciplines including M&A integration, organisational restructuring, reward strategy, industrial relations and HR systems implementation.
