We are currently experiencing some technical issues with our inbound and outbound telephone lines which means that some patients may not be able to get through to our teams.  We are investigating this issue as a priority with our telephony provider.  During this time, we would ask that if patients need to contact us with an urgent enquiry, they use our contact form until we have resolved this issue. https://www.sciensus.com/help/help-and-support/#patient-contact

Who we are

Hello, we’re Sciensus. We’re proud to be the leading specialty pharmacy in Europe, providing healthcare solutions to patients with long term conditions, rare diseases and cancer. For 30 years, we’ve supported patients to access the life-changing treatment they need, in the comfort and convenience of their own homes across the UK and Europe.

Today, we combine our clinical experience from over 70 million patient interactions with the latest technology to help over 200,000 patients a year make the most of their medicine. We use unparalleled insights, cutting-edge research and smart, intuitive technology to connect with people powerfully and personally, focusing on their unique needs and supporting them every step of the way.

We understand the challenges patients, the carers and families face, which is why  we put the practical,  emotional and clinical support they need, right at their fingertips. It’s all about supporting, coaching and empowering people, so they can reach their goals, achieve better outcomes and live their lives the way they want to.

The needs of every patient are different and every journey is unique, but we’re here to support, coach and empower you to feel more in control of your health. Because we believe, when that happens, you’ll do better, feel better and get better results, long term. And that’s what matters most to all of us.
