Can I request specific dates / times?

You can choose the date of your delivery, but not a specific time.

Deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm.

On the day of your delivery, you will be able to track your order, including the estimated delivery time and your drop number.

You will also receive:

  • 4-hour delivery window approximately 48 hours before your delivery, and then
  • 2-hour delivery window approximately 24 hours before your delivery.

Please note: You may choose any delivery location in the UK, provided it is not a pharmacy or doctor’s surgery.
