Live chat
This is an alternative method of contact where you can share information with our Customer Services Team in “real time” via our Intouch App.
If you are a patient we will keep an electronic record of this chat on your patient record. The chat will also be stored in the live chat document storage vault for a limited period of time.
When you use the live chat via the app, we will collect your device GUID, including any session recordings where you require help on troubleshooting any issues with the app. This will support us to ensure you receive the best customer experience, including improving future experience with us.
