Our annual satisfaction survey is now open until April 25, so please don’t delay as your feedback is important.  The survey is the opportunity for patients, parents, or carers to tell us how we’re doing. Invites have now been sent by email and SMS from Iqvia, an independent organisation.  To find out more click here

Our therapy areas page has lots more information on the conditions we treat. If you’d like to find out whether we can help you, talk to your consultant or GP. They’ll tell you whether your treatment can be given at home and, if so, they can refer you to us. You’ll still be under their supervision throughout your treatment, but it’ll be delivered by our friendly, expert team.

We work with all of the major private medical insurance companies and in many parts of the country, you can choose our services on the NHS too.

Healthcare where you’re most comfortable

When you’re living with an illness or long-term condition, being able to live your life as normally as possible really matters. So, we bring your medicines and care to you, helping you fit your treatment around your day-to-day life, without travelling to hospital.

Lower risk of infection

Your immune system can be weaker while you’re having treatments like chemotherapy, so it’s important to protect yourself and minimise your risk of catching things like colds or flu. Making the journey to hospital and being around lots of people can leave you vulnerable to infection, so our homecare helps to reduce that risk.

The same friendly, familiar faces, every time

We know how important it is to feel comfortable with the people treating you, so unless there’s a good reason, we’ll always send one of the same three nurses to visit you. They’ll provide all the one-to-one care, emotional support and practical help you need.

An exceptional, highly trained team

We’re proud to say we’ve over 400 specially trained nurses, experienced in more than 50 complex conditions, and our 150 chemotherapy nurses are all trained to degree or master’s level. So, you’ll be in the safest hands, with expert care that comes to you.

If you’d like to find out whether homecare could be right for you, start by talking to your GP, consultant or hospital team about a referral to Sciensus.
